Biography

Amber Rollings is an Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AME) Analyst at the Uniformed Services University's Center for Global Health Engagement (CGHE). Amber's current AME focus is on the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP), as well as the African Pandemic Outbreak Response Alliance (APORA). Amber has multiple years of data management and analysis for clients’ monitoring and evaluation reporting needs , and approaches evaluations utilizing mixed-methods.
